We fully developed a white label event ticketing system, allowing any theater, venue, or producer to sell their shows in person and/or through their website. It enables both box office and online ticket sales for events. The system includes mapping tools for halls and theaters, which allow for the sectorization of a space and drawing of all the seats in the hall, to generate tickets and sell them. It supports sales by sector, both for numbered and unnumbered tickets. It allows for sales either by the map of the venue or by sector for general admission tickets. The system features an advanced automatic social distancing mechanism for COVID-19 to comply with current regulations, which can be configured as required. It integrates with payment gateways like MercadoPago and Stripe. The system includes a mass ticket sale system with discounts, reservation system, and complimentary tickets. It also has a complete coupon system and supports external metrics for Google Ads campaigns and Facebook Pixel/Instagram, among others. It offers real-time statistics and metrics for both administrators and event producers. The system is integrated with video streaming platforms. Moreover, it includes a proprietary app for scanning QR codes on tickets, which allows for the control of event attendees at the entrance and an accurate count of the people who actually attended the event. It also allows for sending tickets and QR codes via email and WhatsApp.
