La Pinocha Chocolates reached us with the challenge of expanding their business by opening multiple new stores. In response to this need, we developed an internal order management system that efficiently handles purchase orders and deliveries, ensuring smooth and effective operations at each of their stores.
In addition to order management, the platform provides tools to track costs and sales at each branch in detail, enabling La Pinocha to optimize their operations and improve profitability. Most recently, we added a raw materials stock control module, ensuring that the entire process, from manufacturing to branch delivery, is accurately recorded and measured.
This system was built using Laravel and has been implemented in two countries: Argentina and Spain. The platform independently manages the branches in each country, adapting to the operational and regulatory specifics of each region.
